Mehmanparast condemns desecration of Mamanullah cemetery

Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast on Friday condemned Zionist regime’s criminal act of desecrating Mamanullah cemetery in al-Quds. Mehmanparast strongly condemned the criminal move of the Zionist regime in desecrating the Islamic and historical cemetery of Mamanullah in al-Quds under vain pretext of establishing a museum. He said the act is in line with the occupying policies of Zionists to judaize Quds. Stressing resistance against the impudent move of the Zionist regime, the Iranian official urged regional and international institutions, especially Islamic Cooperative Organization, to act against destruction of Mamanullah graves and any act which would lead to change of the Islamic and Arabic image of noble Quds, including ruining of al-Aqsa mosque. He called on the institutions to show timely commitments and responsibilities in that connection.
