President Michel Sleiman contacted on Sunday acting President of Egypt, Adly Mansour, and felicitated him on the results of the referendum on the constitution and the Egyptian people's choice for moderation and democracy.Egyptian voters have approved a new constitution by 98.1 percent.Sleiman lauded the leading role Egypt plays on the Arab and international levels, wishing the country and its people prosperity and stability.
