A small military plane crashed Wednesday in an inhabited area in northern Serbia, injuring no one on the ground, the defense ministry said, according to AP. The light training aircraft crashed around 0815GMT in Nova Pazova, about 30 kilometers (9 miles) northwest of the capital Belgrade, the defense ministry statement said. It said that the pilots ejected before the plane crashed. One of the pilots has been hospitalized with serious injuries, while the other pilot is out of danger, the statement added. The ministry said that an investigation is under way to determine the cause of the crash. The pilots were on a regular testing flight, the defense ministry said.
