NCA Bureau looks at draft law amending and completing Law on ISIE

The Bureau of the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) has discussed the organic draft law amending and completing the law on the Independent Higher Authority for the Elections (ISIE). The NCA Bureau decided to post this bill on the website of the NCA pending its submission to the general legislation commission for consideration, reads a statement of the NCA. The organic draft law was presented by 12 deputies, in accordance with Article 108 of the Rules of Procedure of the NCA.
