
A new council for the Egyptian community in New Zealand has been formed, after 19 years hiatus, said Egypt's Ambassador in New Zealand Tarek el Wasimi.
This came as part of the Egyptian community's keenness on serving Egypt, promoting interaction and attaining the aspired economic development in Egypt, he added in statements on Saturday.
The members of the Egyptian community launched a web page for the lovers of the Egyptian Embassy in New Zealand, he further said.
