Somali Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed announced his cabinet on Friday after days of wrangling to satisfy clans competing for power.According to dpa, Economist Abdirahman Duale Beyle was named foreign minister, while Hussein Abdi Halane was appointed finance minister, a post he has held several times. National Security Minister Abdikarim Hussein Gulled retained his portfolio. The cabinet includes five women as ministers or deputy ministers.Ahmed struggled to satisfy competing clans and the president, who also tried to influence the composition of the cabinet, sources close to the negotiations said.
