New Zealand PM: His China visit is very successful

New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, who has concluded his official visit to China on Friday, described his visit as a \"very successful one.\" Key, several New Zealand ministers and a large delegation of government and business leaders have left Beijing after a successful trip aimed at strengthening political ties, and boosting trade, education and tourism opportunities. He termed his visit as very successful. \"I think it\'s a 10 out of 10. If I wrote down on a piece of paper everything I wanted to achieve out of this trip and compared that with what\'s happened this week, it\'s been fantastic,\" Radio New Zealand quoted Key as saying. Key, who met with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang, and two vice-premiers during this visit, said, \"they really have given us great access, they\'re totally committed to wanting to move the relationship on,\" Radio New Zealand reported. John Key said the mission has been a good way to renew and refresh relationships with the new leadership team. The trip marks the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between New Zealand and China, and the fifth anniversary of their Free Trade Agreement. Earlier Friday, Key addressed the first ever China New Zealand partnership forum and outlined his commitment to seeing two-way trade between New Zealand and China double by 2015. This was Key\'s third visit to China in four years as New Zealand prime minister. China is now New Zealand\'s second biggest trading partner.
