Israeli forces Tuesday arrested nine Palestinians from across the West Bank, according to security sources. Sources told WAFA that Israeli forces arrested two Palestinian youths after storming Beit Fajjar, a town south of the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, where they set up checkpoints at its entrances and main streets and raided several Palestinian homes, tampering with their contents. Israeli soldiers also arrested two Palestinians from Yatma, a village south east of Nablus, while crossing the military checkpoint located between the villages of Yatma and Osreen. In Hebron, soldiers arrested three Palestinians after raiding Yatta, a town east of Hebron, where they raided several Palestinian homes, tampering with their contents. Israeli forces also stormed the village of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, and raided several Palestinian houses, searching them and arresting two Palestinians, 23 and 19 years old, according to spokesman of the National Committee against the Wall and Settlements in Beit Ummar, Mohammed Awad.
