Ling, head of the United Front Work Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the call at a meeting held by the department on Wednesday. The department briefed non-CPC groups and individuals on the main points delivered at the just concluded Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
