U.S. President Barack Obama had a full day of sports Sunday, first playing a round of golf, then attending a college basketball game with his family. The president played a round at the Joint Base Andrews course with trip director Marvin Nicholson, his brother Walt Nicholson and Joe Paulsen of the advance office. Afterward, it was on to Comcast Center with his wife Michelle and daughters Sasha and Malia for the Maryland-Oregon State game. The first lady's older brother, Craig Robinson, is the Beavers' coach. The first family, who had first-row seats behind the OSU bench, drew cheers and applause upon arriving courtside. During a first-half timeout, a group of students held up letters that spelled out, "OBAMAS, WILL YOU COME TO TERPTHON?" Terpthon is a 12-hour dance marathon benefiting Children's National Health System scheduled for March 8. The president, dressed casually in a black jacket, reportedly was mostly reserved, though he exhibited some enthusiasm, including at least one fist pump, late in the game, which Oregon State won 90-83.
