Wrapping up a three-day bus tour through Republican controlled states, US President Barack Obama late Wednesday touted his proposed jobs legislation will give a much-needed jolt to the nation\'s economy.Obama spoke to voters in Virginia call out against Republicans who vote against his USD 447 billion American Jobs Act will owe the nation an explanation.
