Opposition wary about Putin’s monitoring offer

The Echo Moskvy radio station claimed the correspondence was placed in Internet by the Russian branch of Anonymous hackers. Earlier telephone conversations of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov in which he quarrels with his allies appeared in Internet on the eve of an opposition rally.
