Senior Pakistani politicians have repeatedly cautioned about the heavy costs of Pakistan\'s participation in the US alleged war on terrorism, and demanded the country\'s officials to step out of the costly war. Earlier, President of Pakistan\'s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Maulana Fazl-Ur-Rahman warned the government in Islamabad about the heavy costs of partnership with the US. \"Today the whole country (Pakistan) is paying the costs of this policy,\" Fazl-Ur-Rahman told FNA on Monday, urging the Pakistani government to have the country\'s national interests in mind when making decisions.
