Park to receive policy briefings from ministries next month

President Park Geun-hye will begin receiving annual briefings next month from government ministries and agencies on their policy objectives and major projects for this year, officials said Tuesday. The briefings will begin on Feb. 5 and run through the end of the month, about half the duration of last year when it took 41 days to complete the reporting. This year, two to three ministries will give a joint briefing to the president per day, the officials said.
