
The parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee on Monday postponed considering approval of a draft convention of the GCC to fight terrorism for further study at the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Committee Chairman MP Ali Al-Rashed said in a statement after the meeting that the committee decided to hold a special meeting grouping the concerned ministers and members of parliament to discuss the bill approving the GCC security agreement at the next meeting scheduled on 28 January.
