The Special Envoy of the Philippines President to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Amable Aguiluz, today was seen off by Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Information and Follow-up at the Prime Minister's Court, Dr.
Ibrahim Khalifa Al-Dossary, Philippine Ambassador to Bahrain and a number of the Education Ministry's officials, as he wrapped up his visit to the country.
