President Ahmadinejad arrives in Bandar Abbas

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, heading a delegation, arrived in Bandar Abbas in this southern province Monday morning. President Ahmadinejad's visit is aimed at inaugurating the country's most developed steel bar manufacturing factory in Bandar Abbas. Upon his arrival in Bandar Abbas International Airport, President Ahmadinejad was warmly welcomed by several provincial officials. Equipped with a credited German company, the projects of the steel bar manufacturing factory are implemented by Iranian companies. The factory has the capacity to produce over 1.5 million tons of steel bar per annum. Thanks to constructions of several infrastructures, the figure would hit three million tons in near future.
