President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, in a message on Wednesday, felicitated election of Mariano Rajoy as Spain\'s new prime minister. In his message, President Ahmadinejad expressed hope that a new chapter would be opened on all-out cooperation between the two nations. On Tehran-Madrid ancient cultural and historical relations, he called for enhanced mutual ties in all arenas.
