Iran\'s president pays tribute to IRGC martyrs

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad here on Monday paid tribute to the martyrs of the recent explosion in an Islamic Revolution Guards Corps garrison in northwest Tehran.The blast which occurred in an IRGC ammunition depot in the town of Malard in the vicinity of Karaj in Alborz province on November 12 caused martyrdom of a number of the revolutionary body’s personnel including leading commander Hassan Tehrani Moqaddam. A commemoration ceremony for the martyrs was held in the mosque of presidential headquarters this morning. President Ahmadinejad together with a number of his office staff and ranking government officials attended the ceremony.
