Qatar has a plan B for Syria, as outlined in an interview to CNN by the country\'s Prime Minister Hamad bin Jassim al Thani. In the interview al-Thani said that in just a few weeks the international community will have to find a plan to save the people of Syria.\'We believe that we can solve it peacefully\', he said. \'You need to make safe haven areas, first of all\' al Thani told CNN\'s Christiane Amanpour, involving a no-fly zone. \'If the Syrians want to break that, that\'s another subject\', also said the premier. \'We need somebody to have the teeth to tell them don\'t do that, because that will not be allowed\'. The premier also spoke about more humanitarian aid stressing the international community\'s responsibility in saving human lives. Yesterday, at the end of the Security Council dedicated to the situation in Syria, UN envoy Lakdhar Brahimi said the situation was worsening and threatening the whole Middle East and admitted of not having a plan.
