The State of Qatar has welcomed Libya\'\'s complete preparedness to receive an international fact-finding committee on the alleged human rights violations in Libya. This came in the speech Mansour Abdullah As-Slaitin , the First Secretary of Qatar\'\'s Permanent Delegation in Geneva delivered before the 18th session of the Human Rights Council , the 4th article on interative dialogue with the international committee concerned with the alleged human rights violations in Libya. The State of Qatar has highly valued the content of Libya\'\'s statement before today\'\'s sitting including the aspirations of the Libya\'\'s national transitional council (NTC) towards full cooperation with the human rights council and its various mechanisms and adherence to the international conventions and resolutions related to establishing democracy , the supremacy of law and disseminating the culture of tolerance among the Libyan people. Qatar\'\'s delegation welcomed Libya\'\'s return to the Arab League and the recognition by the UN General Assembly of the NTC and congratulated the Libyan mission and its members in the Swiss Capital , Geneva for their firm stand to join the Libyan revolution after breaking out. Abdullah As-Slaitin said the State of Qatar was the leading country to call for providing international protection to the brotherly people of Libya and expressed its solidarity with and support to the Libyan people in their struggle for freedom , dignity and human rights. He further said that Qatar while continuing such an approach stems from its strict commitment to the principles of human rights and international laws and conventions and its growing confidence in the ability of the new Libya and its determination to entrench and boost democracy and establishing the state of the law and the promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms . The Qatari diplomt reiterated Qatar\'\'s support for the Libyan people and their legitimate representative of the National Transitional Council (NTC).
