Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister HE Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani arrived this afternoon in Cairo to preside over the Arab League'' s emergency ministerial meeting due to begin here later today to discuss the latest developments in Syria.
