A rocket fired from the Gaza Strip landed in southern Israel overnight Saturday, an Israeli army spokeswoman said. The missile landed in the Eshkol region without causing injuries or damage, she said in a statement relayed by Ma’an news agency Sunday. Earlier last week, in Occupied Jerusalem, a rocket was fired into the Eshkol Regional Council in southern Israel overnight Saturday, Israel Radio reported. The rocket exploded in an open field and no injuries or damages were reported, according to the Israeli daily (Jerusalem Post).
