Royal academy of police (RAP) course starts in Bahrain

The Royal Academy of Police (RAP) inaugurated on Saturday the fourth course to train trainers on a tracking system of criminal information throughout the day and week. Organized in association with the Interpol, the course is for the MENA region and attracts participants from various Arab countries. At the opening ceremony, Commander of RAP Colonel Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa delivered a speech in which he highlighted the importance of the course to get information from the source in the right time and high accuracy. This, he said required building relations and on-going connectivity to make a success out of the team work. After that the Commander of Officer Training Collage Lt-Col. Ammar Al Sayed delivered a speech, in which he highlighted the dedication of the Interior Ministry to offer through RAP all new and good in security work through cooperation with prestigious organizations. Director of Training Programme at the Interpol, Amanda Rose, highlighted that the course qualifys the trainer to know many things, including the system that deal with red notices, rules of fingerprints and framework of the Interpol. The course is part of ongoing cooperation between RAP and the Interpol as many joints courses were held and more will be organized in the future
