Ruler of Ajman issues decree restructuring Rent Dispute Committee

 H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, has issued an Emiri Decree restructuring the Rent Dispute Committee in the emirate.

The Decree is effective from the date of its issuance.

The resolution No. 5 for year 2016, stipulates the reshuffling of the Rent Dispute Committee and names Judge Hamad Hussein Mohamed Hassan Al Shaali of the Federal Court of First Instance in Ajman, as chairman of the committee, and Judge Ibrahim Abdullah Yousef Fikri, as a deputy chairman. It also names a number of officials as members.

The resolution will be published in the official gazette and circulated to parties concern to implement its provisions in accordance to their various jurisdictions.
