Russia not satisfied with Dutch apology over diplomat detention

Russia is not satisfied with apologies made by the Netherlands over a diplomatic incident, the Russian foreign ministry said Thursday. \"The apologies given by the Netherlands cannot be considered the final point of what has happened,\" ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich told a press briefing. He said the Dutch side has not answered the questions asked by Moscow. Dmitry Borodin, Russian minister-councilor in the Netherlands, was detained by unidentified men earlier in the month for alleged child abuse. He was released on Oct. 8 with no charges filed against him. Russia has demanded the Dutch side punish the masterminds of that provocation and to replenish material and moral damage to the diplomat\'s family. \"We expect these questions to be answered during a meeting between Russian ambassador to the Netherlands (Roman) Kolodkin and the director of the Department for Protocol of the Dutch Foreign Ministry planned for today,\" Lukashevich said.
