Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman announced here Wednesday evening that good relations between IR of Iran and Russian Federation would further expand very fast. According to the IRNA correspondent here, Alexander Lukashenko announced the matter at a press conference, adding that the Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast would visit Moscow next week. He reiterated, “Under such conditions that the two countries’ officials keep meeting each other, the Foreign Ministry Spokesman to Moscow is further proof for the rapidly expanding good bilateral relations.” Lukashenko added, “It is quite comprehensible, as Iran is our old times’ good neighbor and we have multilateral cooperation with Tehran that would be further expanded.” The Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman said, “In the course of Tehran-Moscow relations, during the course of the past few months the exchange of delegations has become very intense and the Bushehr Nuclear Plant as a turning point in our bilateral relations, was functionalized fully under the supervision and control of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).” He reiterated, “That is also further proof for the high level relations between Iran and Russia.” The Russian veteran diplomat concluded his remarks on Iran arguing, “There are of course issues involved in Iran-Russia bilateral relations which are observed in relations between any two countries, and each side keeping in mind the interests of both try to solve them.”
