Russian foreign ministry: US shortcomings in human rights turn into system

The shortcomings in human rights in the United States have turned into the system, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported on Thursday. Commenting on the U.S. State Department’s statement on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of Natalya Estemirova and Paul Klebnikov, the ministry said, “We riveted attention to the U.S. State Department’s spokesperson who spoke on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of Natalya Estemirova and Paul Klebnikov. Russia recommends American partners “to focus on studying and correcting their own shortcomings, which have turned into systematic ones, instead of give a subjective assessment and advise the others”, the ministry said.
