Rwanda\'s foreign minister says her government has complained to the United Nations\' secretary-general about a U.N. report accusing it of supporting rebels in eastern Congo. Louise Mushikiwabo called the report faulty and \"ideologically skewed\" in an interview with The Associated Press on Monday. She denied allegations that Rwanda\'s defense minister was directing rebels who control parts of eastern Congo, AP reported. However, she acknowledged that her government has not been provided the full report by a panel of experts, even though it was leaked to some media ahead of a vote last week that gave Rwanda a seat on the U.N. security council. Mushikiwabo said that because of Rwanda\'s own tragic history, the protection of civilians would be a priority as it considers Security Council issues such as the conflict in Syria
