S Korean president in Thailand for talks with Shinawatra

South Korean President Lee Myung-bak on Friday arrived in Bangkok for talks with Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra to discuss the enhancement of economic ties between the two countries. Lee’s visit to Thailand is the first ever in 31 years by a South Korean leader. During the visit, the two sides are set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop strategic partnership ties between the two Asian countries.
