Leader of the Sadrist Trend, Muqtada al-Sadr, expressed readiness to join a National Dialogue within the Cabinet under clear conditions. Sadr called for enacting a bylaw for the Council of Ministers to avoid dictatorship. He pointed out the need to fulfill the protestors\' legitimate demand and for reconstitute national unity. Sadr condemned the US State Department\'s interfering in Iraq\'s affairs, pointing out that most Iraq forces rejected postponing the elections, including the religious authority.
