Saeed Al Tayer receives delegation from ENGIE

As part of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority's, DEWA, keenness to enhance cooperation with international companies to share best experiences and international practices and developments in the energy sector, Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA, received Sebastien Arbola, CEO of ENGIE Middle East, South and Central Asia and Turkey, who headed a high-level delegation of the company.
Al Tayer welcomed the delegation and stressed on the importance of such meetings in enhancing cooperation. He also reviewed the important programmes, projects, and initiatives undertaken by DEWA to promote the sustainability and green economy of Dubai, and the establishment of infrastructure for electricity and water services in Dubai, as per the best international standards.
The delegation of ENGIE, a French multinational electric utility company, presented the latest solutions and technologies they are offering in the field of traditional and renewable energy production, and in the development of smart and sustainable solutions that contribute to the promotion of a low carbon economy. Arbola expressed his interest in participating in DEWA’s projects, and contributing to the sustainable growth of Dubai.
