Saudi Arabia condemns recurrent Israeli attacks on Gaza

Saudi Arabia has renewed its condemnation of the recurrent Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip the latest of which led to the killing and injury of scores of civilians. The Saudi Cabinet also deplored Israel''s exploitation of water resources in the Palestinian territories which resulted in depleting and contaminating underground reservoirs. The cabinet hoped that a meeting of the Arab Commission on Syria on Saturday would help stem bloodshed and restore security and stability. It also congratulated Yemen for the formation of a national reconciliation government in accordance with the GCC peace initiative.
