
Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, chaired the Cabinet's session at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Monday afternoon.At the outset of the session, the Cabinet was briefed on the two meetings held by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud with President Francois Hollande of the Republic of France and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, and the two meetings held by the Crown Prince with the French President and the Prime Minister of Ireland, commending the close relations of friendship between the Kingdom and these countries.The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja said in a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session that the Cabinet reviewed what is being witnessed by the Kingdom of attractive economic environment, multiple investments, and continuing economic growth, thanks to the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for its keenness and interest in all matters concerning the homeland and its citizens.The Cabinet commended in this regard the budget for the fiscal year 1435/1436 AH for its continuing expenditures on programs and projects supporting the sustainable development and providing more job opportunities for citizens with a focus on human development in education, training, health, and development and improvement of social, and municipal services and other sectors.
