Security forces raid armed group hideout

Joint units of the Public Security Department(PSD) and Gendarmerie forces early on Wednesday cordoned a suspected “terrorist cell” believed to include ten people in kamaliya area near Sweileh,PSD statement reported. The statement revealed that a week ago PSD received information about a” terrorist cell” that consists of 10 to 15 persons who terrorize citizens in Al-Hashemi ,Al-Naser and al-kamalyah areas, using gunfire during their crimes which included armed robbery, murder and blackmailing. “Intelligence information confirmed the intention of the gang to carry out terrorist acts in the Kingdom aiming at destabilizing security and public order and causing fear among people”,the statement added .
