Settlers and army recruits storm into the holy al-Aqsa Mosque

Small successive batches of Israeli settlers and around 60 (female) Israeli army recruits in military attire, stormed today into the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, from the Bab Al-Maghariba escorted by heavy and strict guard from special occupation police units. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) quoted one of the workers in the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque who said that the Israeli army recruits stormed into the Mosque as part of reconnaissance operations conducted by Israeli occupation soldiers and (female) recruits. Simultaneously, Israeli occupation police stationed at the gateways of the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque tightened their measures on Palestinian youngsters and students and examined their personal identity cards which were usually retained until such time when they exit from the Mosque.
