Sheikh Salman sponsors prize ceremony of Arabian business achievement awards

Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah said Wednesday evening His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah attaches great importance to care for youths and civil society institutions. "HH the Amir believes in the role the youths can play in prodding economic growth," Sheikh Salman said. He made the remarks in an address on behalf of HH the Amir to the prize-giving ceremony of the seventh edition of the Arabian Business Achievement Awards for 2013. The ceremony was held at Courtyard by Marriott -Kuwait. "The Kuwaiti constitution provides for caring for the young generation and guarantees the rights of everybody to education and employment," he pointed out. Sheikh Salman lauded the role of the Arabian Business Achievement Awards, being hosted by Kuwait this year, in encouraging youth excellence in business across the Arabian Peninsula. Each year, the awards celebrate the very best in business achievement, both on a corporate and individual level. The Awards returned to Kuwait in last May to reward the outstanding performers of business in Kuwait.a
