Singaporean president receives credentials of Qatar\'s ambassador

President of the Republic of Singapore,Tony Tan Keng Yam received here Sunday credentials of HE Mohammed bin Ali Al-Ali Al-Maadheed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Singapore.    During the meeting, HE the Ambassador conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to the President of Singapore, as well as his wishes of good health and happiness to the President, and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the government and the people of Singapore.   For his part, the Singaporean President entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing good health and happiness to HH the Emir, and continued progress, development and prosperity to the State of Qatar. He also wished the Ambassador success in his duties, assuring him of providing all support for advancing bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
