Sisi receives Macedonian president, 14 former heads of state, govt

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will meet with the Macedonian president later Saturday.
Sisi is also scheduled to hold talks with 14 former heads of state and government taking part in a conference on "democratic security in the time of extremism and violence", said presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef.
The conference will kick off today and will last for three days.
