South Valley University President Abbas Mansour received on Saturday 12 Dutch experts who are specialized in heart surgeries and cardiology diseases.
This comes as part of visits by Dutch medical delegations to Qena University hospitals in October and November.
Mansour hailed the great efforts made by the Dutch medical delegations to serve Upper Egypt people, calling for stepping up communication and exchanging expertise to improve health services.
