Sweden to reshuffle government after resignation of deputy Prime Minister

Sweden's Prime Minister Stefan Lofven announced on Monday he will reshuffle his government after Deputy Prime Minister and Environment Minister Asa Romson's resignation.
Lofven made the decision after the resignation of two of his ministers recently. He said he would reshuffle government "in a few weeks" to ensure government functions well, local media SVT reported on Monday.
Deputy Prime Minister and Environment Minister Asa Romson's resignation on Monday came when she lost support from her Green Party as co-leader. Isabella Lovin, Minister for International Development Cooperation, will replace Romson's place in the Green Party and lead together with Education Minister Gustav Fridolin, SVT reported.
In mid-April, housing minister Mehmet Kaplan resigned.
The current Swedish government, formed in 2014, is led by a coalition of the Social Democratic Party and the Green Party.
