Talabani discusses Iraq with Kurdistan delegation

Iraqi President Jalal Talabani discussed with the Amir of Islamic Group in Kurdistan Ali Baber the current political situation in Iraq and efforts to tackle the crisis. According to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan website, Talabani indicated during his meeting today in Iraq with a senior delegation of the Islamic Group in Kurdistan which included Ali Baber and a number of members of the political bureau as well as group leaders, that the success of the political process and democracy in Iraq is of concern to all parties. It is a common responsibility to work with dedication seeking an appropriate solution to problems, uniting everyone to release the country from the crisis, he added.
