Deputy Serge Tersarkissian expected the imminent birth of a joint electoral law between March 14 and PSP based on the hybrid bill. \"There is disagreement on some of the details of the hybrid law that are still under discussion,\" the MP told \"Voice of Lebanon\" radio on Thursday. The MP stressed need to reach consensus on the electoral law to maintain stability after the elections. The Deputy praised President Michel Sleiman\'s stance as he urged all sides to hold meetings in order to reach a law that satisfies all parties. \"President Sleiman will not be subject to external pressures,\" he concluded.
