HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani participated in the high-level meeting on Libya, which was held on the sidelines of the 66th UN General Assembly session at the UN Headquarters today. Participated in the meeting also were a number of Presidents and heads of delegations including US President Barack Obama, French President Nicholas Sarkozy, Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Chairman of Libya\'\'s National Transitional Council (NTC) Mustafa Abdel Jalil, and UN Secretary General Ban ki-moon.
