Top US general arrives in Baghdad for talks

Iraqi state television says the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff has arrived in Baghdad for talks with Iraqi officials. According to AP, Gen. Martin Dempsey\'s arrival Tuesday makes him the highest-ranking U.S. military official to visit Iraq since the last American troops withdrew from the country in December. Iraqi state TV didn\'t provide any further details about his visit. Dempsey is expected to discuss military cooperation between the two countries.
