
Torrential rains have wreaked havoc in the province pushing the death toll to 64 and injuring 55 people.
As many as 233 houses have been completely destroyed by the rains while 677 houses have been partially destroyed, Geo News quoted the Provincial Disaster Management Cell as saying on Wednesday.
Several people found themselves trapped under mountain rocks as rains resulted in landslides.
