The Wali (governor) of East Darfur State, Dr. Abdul Hamid Musa Kasha said the tribal conflicts in Darfur, is the main obstacles to development and stability in Darfur, adding that and the armed movements became less dangerous than the tribal conflicts that began to emerge in recent times .
