Tunisia\'s ruling Islamic party calls for pro-Morsi rally on Saturday

Tunisia\'s ruling Islamic party, Ennahdha, called Friday on its supporters to stage a pro-Morsi rally in the capital Tunis on Saturday. In a statement released on Friday, Ennahdha called on its supporters to rally on the capital\'s main avenue Bourguiba in support of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. The statement denounced \"the Egyptian army\'s coup d\'etat\" and urged people to defend democracy. Meanwhile, in a message posted on his Facebook account, Ennahdha\'s leader Rached Ghannouchi urged Egypt\'s Muslim Brotherhood \"not to return to their homes\" but continue their protests until the return of Morsi.
