Turkish Constitutional Court annuls increase in detention time for crimes against state

Turkey\'s Constitutional Court reversed on Thursday the judgement stipulating the duplication of detention time suggested in Turkish Code of Criminal Procedure for crimes of \"espionage and those against the security of the Turkish state, the constitutional order, national defense and state secrets.\" The delegation of the Constitutional Court also overturned the pleas to set aside judgement on other rules of the law.
