Turkish president receives Dr Suraiseri

Turkish President Abdullah Gol received at the presidential palace in Ankara today visiting Minister of Transport of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Jubarah bin Eid Al-Suraiseri, who leads his country's delegation to the Saudi-Turkish Joint Committee meetings which concluded here today. During the meeting. Al-Suraiseri conveyed to President Golf the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, his Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier, wishing Turkey and its friendly people steady progress and continuous prosperity. For his part, President Golf expressed deep appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to him during last Hajj and for having a chance to meet the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques following Hajj, sending his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency following the meeting with president Golf, , Dr. Al-Suraiseri said he briefed the president of Turkey on the outcome of the joint committee and its discussions on the aspects of economic , commercial and investment cooperation between the two countries. He described Ankara meetings as fruitful and held in an atmosphere of amicability and sincere wish of further cooperation to achieve the interests of the two friendly countries.
